The appointments for this seminar are mandatory for all participants. All meetings will be held online via Zoom.

• 2025/04/30 23:59: Deadline for Seminar Registration
  • Upload your application on Moodle. For more instructions see here.
• 2025/05/05 23:59: Registration Confirmation
  • We inform you via Moodle whether your application is accepted as well as your topic and advisor.
  • Please check through Moodle after this date. You can send an email to Mert Tiftikci in case you have a problem.
• 2025/05/16 23:59 (T): Literature Review Submission
  • Submit your literaute review through Moodle.
• 2025/06/13 23:59: Final Report Draft Submission
  • Submit a first draft of your final report for which you will get feedback from your peers and fro your advisors.
• 2025/06/20 23:59 (T): Peer Review Submission
  • Review some of the drafts by your peers and upload your feedback to Moodle.
• 2025/07/25 23:59 (T): Final Report Submission
  • By this date, the final document (PDF) and LaTeX source codes should be submitted through Moodle upload.
• 2025/08/15 (T): Presentations
  • Each group gives a brief presentation on their findings, followed by a Q&A.
  • Write your group number into the slots here (first come, first served).
